Create your own color palette from real inspiration
The most personal palettes come from colors you actually noticed — a sunset, a tile, a favorite jacket. Color Identifier lets you create your own color palette by capturing those exact colors and saving them as codes, instead of starting from generic swatches you do not connect with.
Pick each color yourself
- Open Color Identifier and choose Live Camera or From Photo.
- Aim at an object, or tap a precise point in an image.
- Read the color name plus Hex, RGB, CMYK and Pantone.
- Save it and keep adding colors to the palette.
Because you choose every shade, you create your own color palette that is genuinely yours — each color is one you picked on purpose.

- Design — Hex and RGB for web and UI files.
- Print — CMYK and Pantone for accurate output.
- Crafts and decor — codes that match any paint brand’s range.
Once you create your own color palette, group palettes by project and export or share the codes wherever you need them. The app is free to download with your first scans free, so you can start collecting colors right away.
